[CASL-L] Nutmeg copies & BryteWave

Branching off the discussion about the number of copies of nutmegs, I was
thinking of getting some of the titles (high school) as follet e-books.
I've heard mixed things about BryteWave.  Who has used it for fiction? Were
you satisfied with it? Were students happy with it?
