  *   The Estes Valley Library<https://cc.readytalk.com/cc/s/registrations/Diana%20Laughlin%20is%20the%20Tech%20Guide%20at%20the%20Estes%20Valley%20Library%20in%20Estes%20Park,%20CO.%20She%20teaches%20Tech%20Literacy%20classes%20so%20that%20people%20know%20how%20to%20use%20the%20gadgets%20that%20their%20children%20give%20them%20and%20she%20trains%20library%20staff%20in%20technology%20so%20they%20can%20try%20to%20keep%20up.> dedicated six months to bringing every staff member up to technical literacy through trainings that were hands-on and fun. Tech Guide Diana Laughlin will share their Technology Competencies, the process they created for staff learning, and the way they approached staff accountability.
  *   The Sunnyvale Public Library<http://sunnyvale.ca.gov/Departments/SunnyvalePublicLibrary.aspx> designed the True Tech Ninja program. Adult Services Librarian Rachel Schmidt will share how they created a gamified program to teach technology skills through seven stages. Team work was encouraged and rewarded, and library administration played a key role in motivating staff to learn.
