[CASL-L] Fakebook biography research

Hey everyone,

So I just finished doing a biography project with my 5th graders where they
picked a person and created a profile on them using the website Fakebook
<http://www.classtools.net/FB/home-page>. While this is a cool website and
the kids liked it, I ran into a lot of technical difficulties with the site
that lead to many headaches. Not saving properly, students accidentally
clicking out of the page and losing all their work, etc. I am planning on
doing the same assignment with them next year with a paper/poster
alternative, but I am not sure I want to use the same website. Does anyone
know of another website that is the same kind of idea but is less glitchy?
