[CASL-L] book buy back programs

I've been using Thrift for a few years. It was much more lucrative the first year. It seems there are all sorts of fees now that get subtracted before my library gets our 50% cut. It's still worth it but I'm not seeing anywhere near the money I used to get. Plus, it's over an hour drive for me.
