[CASL-L] Turnitin

Is there anyone out there that acts as an administrator for turnitin? I’m trying to reset a students password and saw that we are suppose to be able to do this under the edit feature but it’s not available with my administrator sign in.  I’ve sent a help request and am waiting impatiently…
