Hello Deborah,
I am thinking it might be difficult to get lower level information on this
due to the content. I know you are looking for books, but I found some
links and a video that might help the teacher. I also found lesson plans
that might help give the teacher ideas or lessons to try out. Feel free
to pass them on to her.
