[CASL-L] For Grade 2

I made this hyperdoc for my grade two students to explore at their pace
info on Thanksgiving, some interactive games, and also options to create
and show what they learned.  The students just finished a science unit on
nutrition, so that's why the last create activity is to show a healthy
plate--just an opportunity to show they got it.
