[CASL-L] consequences if students always forget their email

My students are issued number-color-animal passwords (ex. 4brownmice) when
they enroll in the district. They can't change them or else they can't get
into Google or Powerschool. Years ago, before we had this, I had access to
the active directory and could reset their passwords. A teacher could just
call me and I could reset the password immediately and get the student in.
It only happened a couple of times a week.
