There's also Attack of the Vampire Weenies by David Lubar. Short stories and kind of creepy in a funny sort of way.

The stories in the Guys Read series are usually short & every engaging;
Chris Crutcher's Athletic Shorts has a lot of appeal - but the stories are longer

I have a teacher in search of YA short stories written by contemporary YA authors either online or in an anthology that would hold the interest of today's teens/reluctant readers and be a quick read - she's looking for two-three pages. Any thoughts?

Thanks!
