[CASL-L] AASL Standards Book pre-orders from conference?

I pre-ordered the new standards at the conference... has anyone received it
yet?  Is there an ETA?  I've downloaded the app and have tracked down
multiple amazing resources about the standards, but would really love to
get my own copy...
