Joy--

Yes, we use Destiny Resource Manager to manage our Chromebooks in our district. We have over 1000 devices catalogued. The barcode that came on the back of the device itself operates as its barcode number. We uploaded a list of serial numbers from the devices in a batch, I believe.

Hope this helps!

Subject: [CASL-L] Destiny Resource Manager and 1 to 1 Device Management Question

Do any schools use DESTINY RESOURCE MANAGER to manage their 1 to 1 devices?

Can anyone answer questions on Resource Manager, such as does it allow batch loading Copies/Items?

Our School wants to use DESTINY to check out the CHROMEBOOKS (1 to 1 devices) to all the students when they roll them out. But we don't want to have to hand enter 450 copies. How have others handled this?

Thanks.
