[CASL-L] citation question

Hi Jodie,

I looked at the MLA handbook for writers of research papers, and it
indicates on page 132 under "preparing the list of works cited":

"If the title begins with a numeral, alphabetize the title as if the
numeral were spelled out."  For instance, 1914:  The Coming of the First
World War should be alphabetized as if it began "Nineteen-Fourteen..." I
would think this would apply to a documentary film as well.  Let me know
what other answers you get.  I believe I've seen them listed at the
beginning of a works cited as well (numbers before letters), but I am not
sure where I've seen this. Hope this helps...
