Strategy. Communications. Results.
Having a strategy without a message doesn't work. Neither does having a message without a strategy. Library advocacy consultant Libby Post, president and strategist-in-chief of Communication Services, will walk you through the steps to develop a strong library message, a community-values based library brand and an integrated strategy that will reach your goals.
Libby Post has been working with public libraries since 2005 on branding, strategic communications, advocacy and public votes. She serves on the ALA Committee on Library Advocacy and will be joining the board of United for Libraries, the national trustee, friend and foundation organization. Post has a library vote success rate of 84%. She has worked with and trained libraries in Connecticut over the past several years.
