[CASL-L] Book Suggestions- Middle School-wide Read - Gr 5 - 8

Hi -
Has anyone have a book suggestion for a school-wide read for a middle
school (grades 5 - 8)?
Our students read Wonder in 5th grade so that's not an option.  I've been
reluctant in that
8th grade students may not buy in when 5th grade students are reading the
same book.
Please share any experiences as well.
I will collect and share out to the group.
