[CASL-L] 20 Book Reading Challenge?

Hello everyone!

Has anyone done a reading challenge in a high school? I wanted to start a
20 Book Reading Challenge - so, if yes, can you give me your ins and outs
of how you ran it, incentives, parameters on what could be read, how you
kept track or the kids kept track, and any other details I haven't thought
of?
