[CASL-L] Another Question

Sorry but another burning question...

I have noticed that some library sites have book covers scrolling across
the top of the website page that when clicked on will link to somewhere
i.e. library catalog page.

Does anyone know of a tool that will do this? Is it difficult? (meaning do
I need HTML knowledge)

Absolutely any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!!! :)
