[CASL-L] Historical Hartford Courant

Does anyone know how to access old articles from the Hartford Courant?  You
used to be able to search papers from the 19th century off a link on
ResearchItCT.org, but now the earliest date is 1992.  What happened to the
old papers and how can find them again?
