[CASL-L] Help?! student Google account autofill turned off.

Hi! We have moved from Outlook to Google for staff in addition to students.
Staff and students are on the same domain.

After admin concern about staff accidentally sending confidential emails to
students by accident, sharing/emailing/inviting to Classroom student
accounts by autofill has been turned off by IT.  It is pretty frustrating
to students and teachers trying to use the power of Google but the concern
is valid.

Neither situation is idea.
What are other districts doing, please?
