[CASL-L] book recommendation--health topic

Hello-
I have been asked to select a book for my library in honor of our school's
teacher of the year. He is our health teacher. I am looking for a book,
fiction or nonfiction that would be related to health (nutrition,
drug-free, natural highs, healthy living, etc). It would have to be
appropriate for grades six through eight.

I would appreciate any suggestions.
