[CASL-L] electronic sign-up for library use

Hi everyone,

I am interested in finding out if anyone uses an electronic process or program for students to signup in the am to use the library during the day.  I was thinking possibly a google form could work, but my principal wanted to find out if there was an app or software program.  I know we have discussed programs for tracking students to sign in, but wasn't sure if they allowed students to sign up ahead of time.

The idea would be to have students who want to visit the library during their lunch wave sign up in the morning.  We would like to limit the sign up to about 65 students and provide a cut off time to sign up.  We would also like them to receive a receipt to show they have signed up.

Any assistance, help, feedback with this would be great!
