[CASL-L] flowchart for vetting apps, etc.

I am looking at some new ed tech tools for presentation at an upcoming PD
day. Does anyone have a simple flowchart that might help me vet these for
consumption under the Student Privacy Act? They have not yet signed the
compliance pledge, so they're not in LEARN.
