[CASL-L] Therapy Dogs in the Library

As someone with significant allergies (most animals) and asthma I
encourage you all to know your population and consider student and
faculty health before starting this program.
Many of the dogs used are not hypoallergenic which means no matter how
diligent your custodial staff is, there will be residual dander left
behind.
While I do believe therapy dogs to be effective I question the wisdom
in having them in a public-access area such as a library.
Just my two cents.
