[CASL-L] Editable PDF

You could check around your school to see if any departments have either a PRO license or an OCR Scanner, some of the Scanners come with a license for the Adobe Professional License that allows editting PDFs.

Hello folks:

Is there a free way to edit a PDF?  Every method I've tried has ended up with a price list.

I'm guessing its either something simple I'm missing, or not possible.

Any help would be appreciated.
