Hi Matt-
I use Doc Hub. You can't do everything with it but it will let you type
into the document. You can add or delete pages and have some other editing
features. You can go to the website, https://dochub.com/, or add the app to
chrome.

When you have pdfs in your drive, you can choose to open them with doc hub.
Once you are done with your edits, you can download the edited document.
