[CASL-L] Brochure using Google Drive/Docs

Not sure what you mean about "getting the boxes to go away" but in
LucidPress you can always start with a blank template and build your own
simple brochure template. Once you get started with LucidPress and get some
practice it is a pretty effective program for building newsletters and
other kinds of print and web publications.
