I am a fifth-grade teacher and I have just completed my library media specialist certification just recently.  I am in the process of completing my master's project at S.H.U and I am researching how educator's K-12 feel about the significance of having a certified library media specialist in the school system.  I am hoping that you will help me to complete my research by filling out this brief survey.  The research I am conducting is to find out whether or not a certified school library media specialist has an impact on narrowing the achievement gap.  Responses are anonymous.

Educator's View on whether or not having a certified school library media specialist is necessary in grades K-12.
