[CASL-L] digital hall passes

Good afternoon.  I have been discussing with my school administration the possibility of implementing a schoolwide digital hall pass system.  I'm thinking that a QR code linking to a Google Form (with an add-on) seems like the most logical choice so that students can sign out/in from their mobile devices as well as their school Chromebooks.  I have seen many versions of this online that all look good.  I'm wondering if any other high schools already have a system like this in place and have worked out the kinks.
