[CASL-L] Current Chapter Books to read aloud to K-2 students

A Boy Called Bat<https://www.harpercollins.com/9780062445827/a-boy-called-bat/> by Elana K. Arnold was a huge hit in one of my second grade classrooms last year.

Another second grade loved Strongheart: Wonder Dog of the Silver Screen<https://www.candacefleming.com/books/bk_strongheart.html> by Candace Fleming. The first couple of chapters were difficult to hear but once the teacher got past the beginning the kids were enthralled.
