I agree with Sarah about Mackin!  I use them frequently:)  I also have
started to purchase from ABDO Publishing.  Their customer service is also
fabulous and their pricing is in line with other companies.  I have
purchased non-fiction, multi-user e-books!  If you buy at least 500.00
worth you get a free copy of the hardcover for your shelf if you want.
