[CASL-L] Destiny overview Doc to share?

Hi Torrie,

I have a Destiny Quick Guide that I have put together for both volunteers
and subs. I have used several guides produced by Follett that I have
printed and added my own notes. They are kind of buried on the Follett
Community website. Here is an example of one

They
have one for placing holds and running reports as well.

If you (or anyone else) want to see my guide in person along with other
useful tips, come see me present at the CASL conference in the fall. My
