[CASL-L] Realistic Non-fiction and Dewey

Hi all - I have ABC and Counting books in a special section with the
picture books.

It's a similar issue with having some fairy/folktale books in 398 vs.
picture books. I'm just trying to consolidate to make it easier for kids
and teacher to find.
