Hi folks!
How are people instructing graduating students to save their files in
Google?
Just a few files and sharing then Making a Copy to personal Google accounts
is fine.
But I have some who want many files (138! LOL). Google Takeout looks
nifty--has anyone tested it?

It does look like all files are transferred, which would mean students need
to clean out unwanted files. And then the threat of it taking a week to
transfer is daunting. By then, I'll be on vacation and not seeing/answering
frantic emails.
Thoughts?
Cheers!
Sara
