[CASL-L] Chromebook payments

Our district covers the insurance for all students, also they can opt to purchase additional insurance. Otherwise every student would be walking around with a broken Chromebook and teachers would have a difficult time teaching lessons. We tried having families responsible for their own insurance and it was a nightmare.

For those of you with 1-1 Chromebooks. Do you charge insurance? Do you collect from students every year? If so, how do you keep track of student payments? We are looking to rework our system a bit and are curious what others use and how you keep records of everything!
