The Challenges of Being Inclusive

What challenges do you face at your Library in being inclusive of the LQBTQ+? Do you face personnel challenges? Patron pushback? Lack of administrative support? Collection challenges?

How can we be more inclusive in our approaches? What has been done to foster a more accepting and inclusive environment at your Library? What else can we do? Please bring challenges, solutions, and ideas for discussion. Snacks will be provided.
