[CASL-L] Parent volunteers

Hello,

I am a first year librarian with a DSAP, and I have no support in my middle
school library. I was given administrator approval to have parent
volunteers, and I am in communication with parents who are facilitating
parent volunteers in the elementary schools, but because I have a flexible
schedule, I'm having difficulty coming up with a schedule. Does anyone have
any suggestions for how I can go about this/ how you are able to organize
this in your library?
