[CASL-L] Read alouds on You Tube

If one finds a read aloud book video on You Tube, not read by the author,
is it okay to use with students? For example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYuH4fgUMK0
This is a book I use at this time of year for an environment/Earth Day
lesson.
It says Accelerated Reader.
Doesn't seem like these videos conform to the publisher rules, but what if
a video is already out there on You Tube?
