PS...in regard to the last statement "The National Library is controversial
in publishing circles since the books are simply "donated." Most are not in
the public domain and publishers do not get a profit and the authors do not
receive royalties and copyright rules ignored."

I encourage everyone to reach out directly to the publisher and/or author
if they are hoping to use one of the titles from the National Library.  It
is likely that some books are legit and have been given the proper
permission to be used!!
