It's the end of August and we have so much to celebrate:

  *   Making it through five months of altered schedules, remote working, and significant changes to programming and library service due to COVID-19!
  *   Reaching the end of Summer Reading programs that have been flexible and tailored to the needs of our communities!
  *   Banding together as a library community to exchange ideas and solutions to the myriad issues we've faced!
  *   Thursday! (Knowing what day it is definitely deserves a celebration!)

Please join CLC staff on Thursday, August 27 at 5:00 pm for a special virtual membership meetup - a cocktail class with Jack Terry, Connecticut-bred author<https://books.google.com/books/about/Talk_Murder_to_Me.html?id=BCSiDAEACAAJ> and bartender extraordinaire. He'll walk us through the fine art of mixology as we make two summertime classic drinks - the daiquiri and the mojito.
