[CASL-L] Sales tax on book fairs

We charge sales tax at our Scholastic book fair.  I encourage students to
do is make their list during the preview day and calculate their total, we
then do a mini math lesson on adding tax so they can bring in the correct
amount of money for their intended purchases.
