[CASL-L] Wholesale places to purchase books for schools?

 What do you mean by wholesale?  If you mean "in bulk" (many multiple copies), I recomend http://www.bookoutlet.com.  Their warehouse, closed to the public, is in Canada.  You can't get brand new books, but you can get remainder titles about six months old at DEEP discounts--hardcovers run $4-$8.  Free shipping for orders over $35.  I used them for my book club, 30-50 copies at a time.  Occasionally, usually for an extremely popular book (Scythe, Serpent King, etc.), for a few weeks there would be a limit of 5 or so copies per order.
