[CASL-L] Genre label

Hi,

We have a substantial classics section at Berlin High School. It circulates
more than the majority of our other genre classifications. I was actually
very surprised when I arrived at this high school that we had a classics
section and then even more surprised when students regularly asked me for
one. (I know a lot of the English teachers place a huge emphasis on reading
them for independent reading).

For Sherlock Holmes, I have that in Mystery. For Jane Austen, I have that
in Classics. War of the Worlds is also in Classics, primarily because
that's where my kids tend to go.

We have the sublocation listed in Destiny so when we are stumped with where
a book might be located, we just look it up or walk to both areas and look.
Sometimes if I have more than one copy, I put one in each location.

Hope that helps!
Rachel
