HI Lizanne and everyone.
DLD runs a weeding workshop one occasion and we've compiled a list of places to contact when trying to dispose of weeded material. You can find the list here

https://libguides.ctstatelibrary.org/dld/professional/workshopnotes,

just click the disposal tab.

Hope this help,
Kym

Subject: [CASL-L] Disposing of weeded books

Hi everyone,

I seem to remember this question coming up last year. I saved the answers and can't find them now. How do you dispose of weeded books? Where do you send them? Our two middle schools in Groton are consolidating. Both libraries are flooded with weeded books.

Thanks for your help,
Lizanne
