I second Melissa's comment about Sora. We just got ourselves set up, and in
addition to the titles I bought, they are offering a nice collection from
now until the end of July for free, and those titles are simultaneous use,

If your town's library uses Libby, students can access both the collection
you create AND the library's collection all in the Sora app, which is extra
nice.
