[CASL-L] Book Circulation

Hi all - I have not had time to put together any menus or anything like I
would want, so last week I took 5 min at the end of each 1st and 2nd grade
class and just asked them what they were into. I did make a slide deck for
each grade and put 2 kids per slide.

They each gave me a few topics/characters they were looking for and that's
what I grabbed for my cart today. It worked really well.

For my Ks, I literally just brought a pile of picture books, spread them
out on the carpet, and they chose from there.

For each group, they washed their hands before choosing their books. I also
gave them 2 gallon bags to keep the books in.

Hoping I can begin to do more with using Destiny for gr. 2 and book menus
for K/1 next week. Fingers crossed.
