[CASL-L] Follett book fair financials

Has anyone held a Follett book fair here in CT? I  am hosting my first soon
but our scholastic fair finances were always under the PTO umbrella-  -
they collected and paid the invoice. I did get the scholastic dollars or if
it was a big fair we would split Bd take some in cash profit for them. I’m
not sure if I should have the PTO do that again or if the school handles
it. If you have done one and could answer my questions please let me know!
I do not have a separate library checking account other funding like grants
go to the school secretary who earmarks them for library spending.

Also we used to not charge tax for scholastic but I think we have to for
Follett?
