[CASL-L] Question about Library Binding for books

I buy hardcover books as much as possible, especially for picture books. If it’s a book I know will get a lot of checkouts, I’ll buy library binding or Foley’s binding. I do this for popular series and graphic novels, like Dog Man, Babysitters, etc. I but paperback for larger series, like Puppy Place. The low cost of replacement is a factor for those.
