Dear Colleagues,

On Wednesday, Jennifer Keohane
<https://www.ctlibrarians.org/page/Contact> explained
The Connecticut Library Consortium (CLC) new Digital Co-op
<https://www.ctlibrarians.org/page/digitalcoop> on my edWeb.net/EmergingTech
<http://edweb.net/EmergingTech> webinar.

Here is the recording
<https://media.edweb.net/edWebinar/?view=20210120edweb2>.

We are so lucky that CLC invested time and energy into developing and
customizing this program for Connecticut's students. It is modeled on a
consortium in Pennsylvania, which was then replicated in New Jersey, Kentucky,
Missouri, Mississippi, and Indiana. Pennsylvania, which launched their
program in 2016, now has over 200 participating schools.

If you were to sign on to the Connecticut consortium, your students would
have access to at least 200 age-appropriate eBook and audiobook titles that
they could access through your existing Library Management System or
MackinVia (or both!).

While this is a challenging year budget-wise, it is also a year that has
made access to digital content a priority for school librarians. Many
vendors threw a lot of free products at us last spring, but the
freebies are gone now and many of our learners are left wanting. CLC is
providing us with a solution. All you need to do is sign on by filling out
this form <https://forms.gle/yHYcaSLZUz8FgDpeA>.

Be safe and be well,iv dir="ltr">
