[CASL-L] trouble accessing ResearchITCT remotely

Hello All
Hope everyone is well.
I am having an issue remotely accessing ResearchITCT with my library card

I sent an email, but I am hoping for a quicker reply than 48 hours as I
need to show students remotely how to access ResearchIT tomorrow.
Any help would be appreciated.
