[CASL-L] Governor's Summer Reading Challenge

I believe the theme has often been used around the country.  While the
governor's site for summer reading has not yet been posted, if you scroll
down on the CT State Library page towards the bottom, it says the 2021
Summer Reading theme is Tail and Tails - Animal Stories with artwork by
Salina Yoon.  I'm thinking there's a good chance this is the Summer Reading
theme this year.
