[CASL-L] Sales tax question

Last spring my scholastic rep said yes to charge students tax and that only purchases made for the school for tax exempt so I did charge tax but my new rep told me that CT does not have a strict law on it so I need to check with my district. So far - teachers I’ve asked in my district do not charge the tax but I am also trying to find the definitive answer too! This has been on my list of things to figure out too!
